Upon check-in, there is a card to show for the beach chairs and other amenities, that you are supposed to be given. If you show up without the card, you are sent back, in my case to the office, to get it. Unfortunately, the beach staff refuses to use their cell phone to check with mgt, even if you have handicapped persons with you. Patronage should be highly valued, these days, and they just don't care. - Maybe revise a policy?

We had a problem with the cleanliness of the room. The floors were a little dirty. The most concernign issue was dried blood on the sheets. It was disguisting. We call but got no response. We washed the sheets. This was an inconvience. Despite this the condo was beautiful with a great view.

We have a fabulous time. It was like a home away from home. The clerks at the front desk should have more information about discounts. Example you can print coupons for water park. The home and the veiw where awesome. It was a clean, safe place to stay at with my family.

We had a nice family vacation. I would recommed the condo. It was beautiful. Very nicely decorated, very roomy. The balcony was nice to sit and listen to the ocean. Close to area sites to visit. The rent on the condo was a bit high and the kitchen needs more items for cooking. But it is a a great place to spend a few days.

Enjoyed the stay. The room was very nice and homey. The omly problem was the frig did not get very cold and the hall bathroom toilet stopped working several times. But things were nice overall. Can't wait to stay again!

listened to ocean wave in the condo. enjoyed golf for two beautiful days. cleaning fee was very high. anyway to adjust according to days stay? tennis courts were locked. nobody available in the proshop although open sign was hung.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo which had good amenities; washer/dryer, iron and board, TV,DVD player. THe unit was clean and pleasantly furnished. Only improvement I would suggest.. not enough items such as dishwasher cleaner, dish detergent, paper towels, garbage bags for 2 night stay for cooking breakfast,lunch/ and one dinner. I thought checkout time of 11am a little early- noon would have been better. Also Beth in reservations office when booking reservation was very helpful!
