We enjoy the stay, the place was clean. The only thing is that the main office is far from the building.

We stayed in 909B of Majestic Sun and were very pleased with most things. We have stayed at Majestic Sun and rented through Seascape at least 4 times. This room was the best yet. It was very clean and decorated with modern, comfortable decor. One of the things we didn't like at all was that there is no dead bolt or security lock on the door from the inside of the room. We like the idea of no keys for the doors, but every door and gate in the building had a different code you had to remember... not so good. The only other thing was that the garbage disposal didn't work, but luckily I discovered that before I put anything in it. Overall it was a very pleasant, peaceful vacation. We will definitely be back!

Unit was clean and well kept. We loved the convenience to the beach. That was our main concern. Didn't care much for the June grass but was very thankful there was no oil. The swimming pool was a great alternative.

Hello from Houston, Texas! Loved the stay here. The view was so great every morning. All the areas from kitchen, dining, and living room were very clean and organized. Plenty of towels to use. The washer and dryer were a huge convenience. We didn't really use the shower stall in the second the bathroom except to rinse off beach water...sand from shoes...and hang dry stuff in there. Although that restroom did feel much more roomier than the "master bath". The two twin bunk beds in the hallway served as storage space for our boogie boards. =) The room was located right by the elevator so going to and from our room was easy. The only complaint about the room is the bed!!! We had the aC at 65 and the ceiling fan on...but something about the mattress or the sheets ... it could get very hot at night sometimes. The bed is too small too...full size. I think it needs to be upgraded to a queen size. Overall...I still loved our stay. Loved loved it. Oh yeah...the reserved beach chairs and umbrella for 2 right in front of the resort was super cool and convenient as well.

This was the perfect vacation. My husband played golf everyday and I enjoyed the beach. Free golf and beach chairs made it perfect for us. Since it was off season the beach was not crowded so it was very quiet. The condo we stayed in was very nice, there were plenty of towels and paper products to last us for our entire stay. I will definately stay here again.

We stayed in 909B, which had a truly majestic view of the Gulf. The unit is a one-bed with bunk beds in the hallway, which the kids loved, and a hideaway bed in the living room - linens are provided. There are lots of towels and the kitchen is well-equipped, including a coffee maker with a programmable timer. The unit is very tastefully decorated, and also features a washer/dryer. You'll need to bring your own amenities, including shampoo, but a bar of soap is provided in each of the two bathrooms. We stocked up at Publix down the 98, including dishsoap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. (The management provides you with two loads' worth of dishwasher detergent). The TVs were flatscreens, but the DVD player in the living room was wishy-washy. One of the pools was heated while the other wasn't, and you'll need to keep the armband on you in case the pool is being monitored, which it often is. The beach was phenomenal and by renting directly through Seascape, we got two beach chairs and an umbrella to use all day, every day, gratis. This was a really great service we very much appreciated. BTW - during the third week in April, Gulf water temps are in the low 70s - just warm enough to swim comfortably. But barely. Keep a close eye on the flags on the beach - we had some issues with jellyfish during our stay. All in all, we had a great, memorable, and restful vacation at Majestic Sun, unit 909B is great, and everything just worked great.

Really enjoyed staying here. Was the highlight of our trip. Staff really nice to work with. Must be sure and bring shampoo and hairdryer though. Those weren't provided. Room and view was great. A little construction going on outside on the beach walkway, but Saturday was left free of noise. This wasn't the hotel's fault. I liked it so much we are going back this month.

This condo was comfortable and had a wonderful view of the ocean. We appreciated the paper towels, and products in the condo to get us started until we got to the grocery store!

Majestic sun is a great place for families to stay, Clean, spacious and a great location. We have stayed there 2 years in a row and have been very pleased.

The view was great. Light from ouside hall into master prevented a restful night. Also, accommodations should have king bed in master.

Majestic Sun does offer spectacular views. We have not had any other complaints about a light shinning into the master bedroom.

Our owners individually decorate their units. Many will use Queens to give the guest more space, especially in one bedrooms units such as Majestic Sun 909B
