Ok well I had to get this room since it was the Fourth of July weekend and that was pretty much all that was available. I've stayed at the Majestic Sun several times and this is the worst room I've had to date. As a matter of fact 1980 called while we were there and they wanted all the electronics back...haha are you kidding! Who has Tv's now days without at least having RCa jacks! I had three boys with me and I couldn't hook up their PS3 because of these ancient Tv's... I even tried to buy an adaptor to make it work and couldn't find one. Anyway long story short if you going to stay on the beach and out of the room most of the time your there, this room will suffice, however if you have kids and Dad and Mom would like a little down time while the kids play games at night, please get another room. The Majestic Sun is a very nice place to stay, just be sure to do your research on your room before booking. Big Daddy out... :)

Great place with a terrific view. Easy access away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown parts of destin. Great beach access that was busy but not over crowded. Only downsides at all were the pool was a tiny bit over crowded at certain times and the guest room only had two twin beds instead of a more significant size. All in all it was a great trip and a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend it to others!

We had a wonderful time at Magestic Sun. We definately would return. The views of the gulf were magnificent. The pool area and beach access were very good. The location to all the shopping and eating areas in Destin was great. The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful.

It was one of the best vacations i ever took though short. The hotel was in a great location right at the beach and the condo was in excellent condition. Even my future mother in law fell i love with it. The front desk was very help when my access code failed. Am looking forward to returning there soon!

We had a great time. The room was very nice and the view of the gulf was great. I would definitely recommend the resort to anyone. The location was close to great retail outlets, grocery stores and restaurants.

The stay at Seascape Resort, Majestic Sun 0813B was nice. The oceanview was beautiful and the distance to the beach, which was directly across the street, was very convient being the was had small kids with us. The condo was nice and everything was beautiful inside except the fact that we only had 2 wash cloths for 4 adults and 4 kids. Not good at all. I called the front desk to find out, they were all out so we had no wash cloths to take showers with. I called again the next morning and still no wash cloths. I begain to ask for a manager because this was not acceptable and is tacky for a resort to run out of items like this, but the manager was not coming in till sunday which was our check out date. Which was also not good because that was not solving the issue at hand. Shira the receptionist on duty who was very nice couldnt figure anything out for a minute but then came up with the thought of checking in an empty room to find us some wash cloths. Finally we received them. So I say take extra towels and wash cloths as you may be out of luck. But other then that issue things were fine and fun and will think about staying their again, and if we do, we will remember to pack extra wash cloths.
