From the start, the after hours key code on the door, for late check in. The room was clean, equipped and inviting. The view was breath taking. I would stay again.

We paid $325 to stay here & money doesn't come by easy when you have a family of 5, plus bringing your niece along. Our kids wanted to swim & the pool was scheduled to be open until 10, it was closed before 5. We were down there in our swim suits ready to swim...very disappointed. The beds were extremely hard. We were unable to shower due to the VERY, VERY, VERY, strong sulpher smell of the water. Even to wash your hands left your skin smelling. So our family of 6 was unable to shower until the next evening when arriving at our Disney World resort. When my husband checked us out the front desk man had a flipped attitude & an excuse for everything. We stayed at a $50 hotel in Mississippi that was way nicer than this. I am so disappointed that I waisted $325 of my money, we could've used for Disney World. We stayed at a Resort Quest beachside resort last spring & it was 75% better & the few problems we did have were handled quickly & professionaly, they even gave us a discount, but not seascape. I guess there only in it for the money & do not care about their customers. I will not be renting from seascape again unless this is made right!

When I got there and ran the hot water, it stunk up the whole place. After a while I figured that the hot water tank was stagnat and had to run the hot water till the tank was empty. The garbage disposal really stunk. It had not been run in along time (had to push reset button to get it to work). Finally put a dish rag in it. Ran bathroom fan all night to get rid of smell. Tolit did not flush but they had a plunger there so I got it fixed. Door handle was laying on floor when I got there. Management called next day and I told them of problems and they said that they would send someone over. I don't know if anyone came cause the door handle was still laying on floor when I left. After I got water problem fixed, it wasn't too bad. These problems should have been fixed before the condo was ever rented.

We 100% would stay here again. The Condo was in great condition and provided us with a beautiful view of the beach. The location is key if you want to stay in Destin. I come here every summer and try to stay on this particular road. Having access to the chairs and umbrellas was nice. The staff was very friendly. Great resort!
