We so enjoyed our stay this year. Put down a deposit for the same condo for 2011. Any problems that technically occured were taken care of right away. The maintenance man Todd was very courteous and he was knowledgeable. On the down side the condo needs a new TV in the far back bedroom. It is not clear at all. I baked a pumpkin pie and the 350 degrees was not at all close to that. The pie was in for over one hour. Had trouble baking some casseroles also. The top burners worked on mainly high only. I truly believe the stove needed replaced. But we can't find fault with any of the staff members, they cared about our stay with a pleasant attitude at all times. The view of the gulf is outstanding from our balcony and the sunsets are so majestic, hence, that is probably where the name "Majestic Sun" came from.

Overall this condo was great- nice amenities, great view, easy beach access. However, the HOA made the decision to resurface the concrete walkways outside our door while we were there. Every weekday at 8:00 am, we were rudely woken by loud metal grating on concrete. This produced a toxic dust that caused difficulty breathing. Also, the fees listed on the website were not the same as the fees we ended up paying. They were close, but slightly higher. The actual condo was comfortable and nice. We ate plenty of meals there and enjoyed the view.

We understand your frustration with the construction. The HOA had advised us of the dates and we blocked off the units according to their schedule. However they did not inform us of the decision to move up the "Prep" work to the week prior. We apologize for this and have forward this and other comments to the HOA.

We are delighted that you did enjoy everything else about your stay.

Gorgeous condo, nicely furnished and very comfortable for our group of 6 friends! We loved the views of the water from the unit and it had all the comforts of home. We loved it and will certainly come back soon.

Great view! Great condo! Great fun! Great New Year! We will definitely come back again! From the condo we had a great view of the pool and the western sky for those beautiful sunsets. The condo was everything we could have wanted. Thanks!
